The onset of COVID-19 has brought new hardships and barriers for the 1,200+ people served in our programs, as well as significant challenges for our organization. We need your support to help all of those in the community who depend on us.
YWCA St. Paul was recently selected as a recipient of a $3 million gift from Author and Philanthropist MacKenzie Scott. This one-time gift is the largest private gift in YWCA St. Paul’s history. It will allow the organization to strengthen and grow its capacity to deliver programs in supportive housing, youth empowerment and employment and its work to empower and equip community members to work for racial justice and equity in the Twin Cities.

This annual list honors people that will have the largest impact in Minnesota’s economy and corporate communities in the coming year. Honorees that are chosen are influencers, thought leaders and key players making news or driving change in the year ahead.

YWCA St. Paul is hosting a paid experiential learning opportunity for young women ages 15-24 to explore issues that are important to them that will lead to a community-based project. Participants will engage in virtual workshops, interactive training and community services activities to learn about identity-driven leadership, advocacy, local policy and community building.
