As Chief Operating & Financial Officer, Stephanie Kilian leads both the financial and operational work of YWCA St. Paul. Stephanie oversees the finance, accounting, maintenance & facilities, safety & security, IT, and compliance functions, and manages the housing team.
Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience in governmental and nonprofit financial management with most of that time in K-12 education. She has also held leadership roles in finance and operations at the county and civic level.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is a Certified Public Accountant.
