YWCA St. Paul offers a 21 Day Racial Equity and Social Justice Challenge to help participants better understand how racial injustice and social injustice impact our community, connect with one another and identify ways to dismantle racism and other forms of discrimination. For 21 days, participants are presented with challenges such as reading an article, listening to a podcast, reflecting on personal experience and taking action to promote change.

YWCA St. Paul hosts monthly Equity & Justice Conversations with prominent community members, each focused on a specific topic reflecting the serious consequences of racism, such as housing stability and homelessness, voting rights, employment and education. These conversations are held virtually and are free for the general public to attend. Video recordings of past events are available on our YouTube channel.

Until Justice Just Is.
Until Justice Just Is, an initiative designed to bring national attention and awareness to the systemic and institutional racism that plagues our nation, and to center the justice-oriented work that YWCA does every day.
Our communities demand justice in a thousand different ways. This moment in the movement for racial justice can’t instantly address systemic inequities, but it can galvanize others to join our efforts to meet those demands and to elevate and bring about change for women and people of color.
At YWCA, we lead and engage in conversations about racism, racial justice, and how we can work for change. Will you join us? Learn more at: https://www.ywcastpaul.org/untiljustice/
